New Hope Care Services supports individuals with developmental disabilities through person-centered Home and Community-Based Services coordinated with Oklahoma Human Services Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).
We work with individuals, families, guardians, case managers, and support teams. Services must be included in the individual’s Plan of Care and authorized through the appropriate DDS/OHCA process; individuals do not pay New Hope directly.
